Customers
Every buyer your orders have ever named — one profile per phone number, built automatically from the order stream and the history import.
Abandoned checkouts
Buyers who typed their details and walked away — synced from Shopify every few minutes.
Convert one and it becomes a real Shopify order (payment pending) that lands in Waiting to ship.
Billing
Every rupee of freight and COD, and where it settles. The app itself is free.

NDR Centre
Failed deliveries, oldest first. Every carrier RTOs automatically after three attempts — age is the clock you are racing.
Rates
What a parcel would cost with each courier, from your own rate cards — the same arithmetic the Ship button uses.
Calculator
Your rate card
All-in prepaid price per parcel — freight, fuel and GST. COD adds the COD fee; an out-of-delivery-area pincode adds the ODA charge. Zones are MARG's: A within the city, B within the state, C metro to metro, D the rest of India, E the special corridors.

Courier scorecards
Split by payment mode on purpose — a single combined number can recommend the wrong courier.
Courier health this week
The scorecards below are the quarter. This is the last few days — a courier whose hub failed on Monday still has a fine quarter on Friday. Allocation reads this on every order. At a pincode, when your own parcels there are too few to judge, the MARG network's record for that area speaks — every merchant's parcels, counted, never named.
Strict can leave a parcel with no courier; the drawer says so.

Courier by pincode
Worst first. Counts parcels MARG booked and the ones in your imported history, so this
works from day one instead of waiting months for MARG's own sample to grow.

Analytics
Every number your own orders and scans can prove. Filters apply to every panel below; every panel downloads as CSV.
Loading…
Tracking
A carrier that stops pushing looks exactly like a carrier whose parcels are not moving — from in here, silence and stillness are the same pixels. This screen separates them.
Loading…
Allocation rules
Your own instructions about which courier carries what. Rules run top to bottom; the first one whose conditions match supplies the courier order. A courier that cannot serve the pincode is still skipped, and the drawer still says what the scorer would have chosen. No rule matching: allocation decides as it always has.
When no rule decides
Every courier that can take the parcel is scored on three things: its delivery record here, its price from your rate cards, and its speed. Pick what matters most; a rule always wins over this.
Which rule would an order hit?

Scheduled reports
The Download button, on a calendar. A daily report covers yesterday, a weekly one the last seven days, a monthly one the previous calendar month — all in IST. What goes out is a link that works for seven days and dies with the schedule; the file is built when it is opened, by the same export the button produces.

Weight
Freeze what a SKU weighs — with a photo of it on the scale — before a courier argues; every order of it books at that weight. When a courier's invoice bills a parcel above what you declared, the dispute opens itself with the proof attached.
This month
The queue is for what is worth a person's time; the small ones are still counted above.
What the couriers say a SKU weighs
Weight disputes
A dispute has seven days from the invoice. File it and the chase gets a ticket; win it and the money comes back on the ledger.
Frozen weights
Invoices uploaded
Escalations
Every chase as a case with a number. Raise one from a parcel, an order, or nothing; the courier ladder opens its own the moment it mails level 1, and puts every later level on the same ticket.
Every ticket gets a due time from these when it opens, or when its priority changes.
Webhooks
Tell your own systems when a parcel moves. Register an endpoint, pick the events, and MARG posts each one as it happens — signed with a secret only you and MARG hold, retried for two and a half days if your endpoint is down, every attempt on the record.

Carrier data
Serviceability, zones and rates. Allocation refuses every order for a carrier until all three are loaded — it will not guess a courier for a pincode it has no evidence about.

Courier accounts · whose contract each courier call rides on
Bring your own courier contract — your credentials, your rates, encrypted at rest and never shown again — or ride MARG's account where offered. A courier configured neither way refuses bookings rather than quietly billing someone else's contract.

Scan parcels out
Scan the barcode on the MARG label. Parcels can go in any order — each one lands on its own courier’s handover.
Lock to one courier when the pile is already sorted and anything else should be stopped.
A reading typed here is evidence that existed before any dispute. A parcel over its frozen weight still leaves — the bench just says so.

Returns & replacement page
A branded public page where buyers of delivered parcels raise a return or replacement — your rules, your reasons, your window. Requests land under Returns in the left menu; your policy can also approve within limits on its own.
Keeping the sale · the buyer's page suggests one by reason — "doesn't fit" → exchange, "damaged" → replacement, otherwise store credit — and offers every one you allow
Doorstep QC · what the courier's rider checks before taking the parcel back
Auto-approve · your policy decides instantly where it can
By customer · the same policy for a first-time buyer and a serial returner is a choice — this makes it one
| Segment | Window (days) | Auto-approve | Store credit only | Photos | No online return |
|---|
VIPs approved instantly with a longer window; serial returners never auto-approved, store credit only, photos required; risky buyers asked to contact you. Blank window = the policy's.
After the parcel comes back · photos per reason, what is never taken back, the money, the shelf
Buyer order editing · on the tracking page, before the parcel is booked, with the order number and the phone on the order
A buyer who looks up an order that has no parcel yet sees "being prepared" and, if you allow it, can change the delivery address or phone, or cancel. The page never shows the stored address — they type the new one. A changed pincode goes to your call queue; the store's own record is updated when MARG may.
Messages to buyers · email beside WhatsApp, more of the story, and a way out in every mail
WhatsApp needs a Meta-approved template for every moment; the six built-in ones cover pickup to delivery. Email needs none, so it can also say a parcel is late, a return is approved, a refund is on its way. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Buyers who said no on either channel hear nothing there.
Your own words, in your buyers' languages · a moment you leave blank goes in MARG's English
Write any moment in any language. A buyer hears the language they last wrote to your store in (through the assistant), else the store's language below. Use the placeholders in braces; MARG fills them when it sends. No translation happens — a language you have not written is not sent.
WhatsApp for the new moments · the template name Meta approved on your MARG number, or empty for no message
Returns page design · its own brand kit, separate from the tracking page
Announcement bar · one line across the very top

Words
Delivery date (EDD)
One switch for every “when will it arrive”: the pincode checker on your product page, and the date buyers see on your tracking page while the parcel waits for pickup. After handover, the courier's own promised date takes over automatically.

Same-day and next-day lanes · where you can promise it, by when it must be ordered, and by what hour it lands

It finds the pincode field on the page, asks MARG, and writes the line under it. Any error at all and it removes itself — a broken checkout costs more than a missing date.
Brand it
Announcement bar · one line across the very top — a sale, a holiday, a promise
Coupon · a tap-to-copy code under the tracker, for the next order
Rate the delivery · asked once the parcel is delivered: five stars for the courier, a reason or two, and how likely they are to recommend you
What buyers can do here · 0135 — each one off until you switch it on
After a failed delivery the buyer sees your own NDR choices as buttons, and their answer is filed exactly like a WhatsApp reply. The proof is what the courier filed — some couriers send a photo of the door, so this is your call. A review is about the item, not the courier: only a buyer whose parcel actually arrived can leave one, which is the only honest kind.
Recommended products · up to 4, shown under the tracker — the parcel page is your most-read page
Reviews · left by buyers whose parcel actually arrived — hide one if it needs hiding, and the reason stays beside it

Shipping label
Every label ends with “Shipped via MARG Ship · margship.com”. That line is part of the platform — like the barcode, it cannot be moved or removed.

API keys
Read the API docs
For your own systems — an ERP, a store, a script. A key is a role, never an admin; it is shown once and can be revoked any time. Every call it makes is in the access log under its name.
Refused this week
Requests a role or a power turned away. A pattern here is someone reaching for what they do not have — grant it, or ask why.
Audit log
Every request a person or a key made — who, what, when, the answer — and, for the settings that matter, what changed. The same rows are on the API at
